If you discover that you have issues with the way that your podcast is displaying on iTunes/Apple Podcasts and don't believe it's to do with they way you've configured it in Whooshkaa, you can raise a ticket directly to Apple using the following guides. Before doing so, you should review your Whooshkaa show and episode configuration (including the RSS feed), to check it is configured correctly as this may be a faster solution.
In order to get support from Apple around Podcasts, reach out to email@example.com and provide the following:
- Your name
- Your podcast tile
- The iTunes Store URL
- The RSS feed URL
- The Apple ID used to submit the podcast
- A description of the issue you are having
Note: Apple aim to respond in 24 hours and resolve your issue in 48 hours.
