Regular Whooshkaa Dashboard users may change their profile settings such as Name, Avatar, Password,  Time Zone and Email Address. 

Note: Users who sign in via single sign-on may only change their Avatar and Time Zone. In order to update your other details, please contact to your IT department (e.g. enterprise Active Directory supervisor).

In order to update your details, use the following steps.

1. Log in to the Whooshkaa Dashboard.

2. Click the avatar in the upper-right part of the screen, then click "My Account".

3. Change your settings as required then click "Update".


Please note that you may need to re-enter your password in order to update your details. This last step depends on whether or not you are a single sign-on customer.
