How to whitelist Whooshkaa in ad-blockers

Ad-blockers can interfere with the operation of the Whooshkaa Dashboard. Here's how to avoid issues caused by ad-blockers.

Ad-blockers often block any screen that references terms commonly associated with advertising and tracking including "analytics" and "insights".

This can interfere with the operation of the Whooshkaa Dashboard – particularly the Insights reports.

If you see an error message like the one below and a blank screen, when you're trying to access your Insights, it may be a result of your ad-blocker.

An error occurred while fetching analytics. Please refresh the data or contact support if issue persists.


Here's how to whitelist the Whooshkaa Dashboard in common ad-blockers. If you continue to face difficulties, please contact our support team for assistance.

Adblock Plus

  1. Click the Adblock Plus icon.
  2. Click “Enabled on this site” to disable ad blocking for the current site.
  3. In Firefox Click “disable on ancient.eu” to disable ad blocking.
  4. Reload the page you were viewing.

  4. In Versions < 6.0 You will see the message “Site is whitelisted”. Click “reload the page to see your changes.”
  5. Reload the page you were viewing.

uBlock / uBlock Origin

  1. Click the uBlock / uBlock Origin icon.
  2. Click the “power” button in the menu that appears to whitelist the current web site.
  3. Reload the page you were viewing.

  2. Click “Whitelist site”.
