Change your Name, Avatar, Password, Time Zone & Email Address
If you do not sign into Whooshkaa using single sign-on, you can change your profile settings such as Name, Avatar, Password, Time Zone and Email Address.
If you do sign on using the single sign-on you may only change your Avatar and Time Zone only. In order to update your other details, please contact to your IT department (e.g. enterprise Active Directory supervisor).
Follow these simple steps
1. Log in
2. Click the avatar in the upper-right part of the screen, then click My Account
3. Change your Name, Avatar, TimeZone and Password settings then click Update
Please note that you may need to re-enter your password in order to update your details. This last step depends on whether or not you are a single sign-on customer.
