Add a user to help you manage your shows & episodes

If you have someone that you want to help manage your show & episode, you can provide them secure access!

How to add a new user

1. Sign into your show’s Whooshkaa account and then click Shows & Episodes then select Shows from the side menu on the left. 

2. Locate the show you would like to edit and click on the Overview button or the show's title.

3. Navigate to the Manage Access tab.

4. Enter the new user's email address in the Email Address field in the box and then click Grant Access. If the user already has a Whooshkaa account, they will be able to access the show on their next login. If the email address has not previously been registered, the user will receive an email notifying them to setup an account. Once they have setup their account they will have access to the show on the next login.


In case you wanted to know....

💡 If you have more than one show associated with your Whooshakaa account, you will need to repeat these steps for each show. 

💡 You can add other registered users to your account who can access and edit your shows and episodes.
